Hans Pizka is a follower of the Viennese tradition. Born of a musical family his father Erich, hornist and teacher, composed the horn quartets that Hans recorded together with collegues with Vienna horns , he studied with Gottfried von Freiberg and began his professional carreer at He also has had an intense carreer as a soloist and has recorded several CDs.
